Services

Lakefront Appliance Works provides appliance repair services in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago, Illinois, and surrounding neighborhoods. We specialize in Viking brand appliances but may service other brands at our discretion.

Appointments and scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window, but delays may occur due to the nature of repair work. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

Pricing and payment

All repair estimates are provided after on-site diagnosis. Estimates include parts and labor costs. We do not begin repair work until you have approved the estimate. Payment is due upon completion of the repair.

Warranty

All repairs performed by Lakefront Appliance Works come with a warranty covering both parts and labor. Warranty terms vary by repair type and are communicated in writing at the time of service. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, subsequent repairs by others, or unrelated failures.

Limitation of liability

Lakefront Appliance Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair in question.
