Emergency Viking repair
Fast does not mean careless. When your Viking appliance fails unexpectedly, we respond quickly -- but we still take the time to diagnose correctly and repair properly.
Quick response, careful work
When your Viking refrigerator stops cooling in the middle of summer, or your range fails right before a dinner event, the urgency is real. We understand that. Our emergency service is designed to get a skilled technician to your door as quickly as possible.
But here is what sets us apart: speed does not compromise our process. We still diagnose thoroughly, explain what we find, and repair with the same care as a scheduled appointment. The difference is that we prioritize your call and mobilize immediately.

While you wait: safety tips
If you smell gas
Turn off the gas supply to the appliance if you can safely do so. Open windows for ventilation. Do not use electrical switches. Leave the area and call us from outside.
If your refrigerator fails
Keep the doors closed as much as possible to maintain temperature. A full refrigerator will stay cold longer than an empty one. Move highly perishable items to a cooler with ice if available.
If water is leaking
Turn off the water supply to the appliance. Mop up standing water to prevent floor damage. Place towels around the base of the appliance to contain further leaking.
